What we collect

From organizers: name, e-mail, organization and billing details. From buyers: name, e-mail, optionally a phone number and the answers to questions the organizer asks. From ticketshop visitors: no personal data; we count page views with a daily rotating, non-reversible hash.

Why

To sell and deliver tickets, to invoice organizers, to prevent fraud and to improve the service. The organizer is the controller for its buyers' data; Ventiqa is the processor.

Retention

We keep order data as long as the organizer is a customer and afterwards as long as the law requires (accounting: 7 years). Buyers can have their data removed through the organizer.

Sharing

Mollie (payments), our hosting partner (EU) and the mail provider. Never for advertising.
